Resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the Terminal 3 Boarding Area F Food and Beverage Concession Lease 7, Lease No. 16-0315, between Tastes on The Fly San Francisco, LLC, dba San Francisco Giants Clubhouse, and the City and County of San Francisco, acting by and through its Airport Commission, to extend the base operating term of the Lease by two years for a total term of April 1, 2018, through March 31, 2027, and with no change to the minimum annual guarantee of $650,000 with two one-year options to extend.
