Resolution retroactively approving a contract amendment between the City and County of San Francisco and Off the Grid Services LLC, for the administration of the Great Plates Delivered program, to extend the contract term by five months for a total term of May 29, 2020, through May 28, 2021, and to increase the contract amount by $19,305,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $28,710,000 to commence on November 15, 2020.
