Resolution authorizing the Office of the Treasurer & Tax Collector to amend a service and maintenance contract with Manatron, Inc. for government revenue management software, to extend to a ten-year term with an additional four-year option to extend, increasing the contract amount by $1,265,607 for a total amount not to exceed $2,275,548 to commence upon Board of Supervisors and Mayoral approval for the period of July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2024.
