NOTE: This action requires a two-thirds vote.  The Board may not amend the ordinance and may only vote in favor or in opposition to the veto override.
The Board of Supervisors must act on the veto override within 30 days of the date of the veto.  The Mayor vetoed the ordinance on  December 15, 2006.
