("KCE") pays one hundred nine thousand one hundred eighty-five dollars and ninety-three cents ($109,185.93) to the City; b) the City pays seventy-eight thousand nine hundred eighty-three dollars and twenty-one cents ($78,983.21) to KCE; and c) KCE is debarred from performing construction contracts on City-owned projects for two and a half years. The lawsuit was filed on April 14, 2004 in the Superior Court of the City and County of San Francisco, Case No. CGC-o4-430671; entitled King C. Electric, Inc. v.
