Hearing on interim exceptions to the Annual Salary Ordinance presented by the Mayor on May 31, 2016, for filling 120.08 FTE General Fund positions prior to the adoption of the final budget in the following departments: Sheriff, Public Health, Fire, Homelessness and Support Services, Police, Controller, City Administrator, Human Resources, Arts Commission, Public Works, the Mayor's Office, Planning, Fire, Public Utilities Commission, the Treasurer and Tax Collector, the Human Services Agency, and Emergency Management.
