Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the certification of a Conditional Use Authorization pursuant to Planning Code, Sections 209.1, 303, and 304, for a proposed project located at 495 Cambridge Street, Assessor's Parcel Block No. 5992A, Lot No. 060, identified in Case No. 2013.1711CUA, issued by the Planning Commission by Motion No. 19922 dated May 18, 2017, with modification of the rear yard requirement under Planning Code, Section 134 to allow the construction of 29 residential buildings ranging in height from three to four stories with a total of 54 dwelling units, 54 off-street parking spaces, a publically accessible open space (consisting of a centrally-located part), and a stair connecting Cambridge Street, within the RH-1 (residential, house, one-family) district and 40-X height and bulk district; and adopting findings under the California Environmental Quality Act.
