Vice Chair Chen moved that this Resolution be AMENDED, AN AMENDMENT OF THE WHOLE BEARING SAME TITLE, on page 3, Lines 7-14, to read 'RESOLVED, That the Board of Supervisors hereby designates the Commemorative Street Name "Sunset Healthcare Corridor" from the intersection of Noriega Street and 19th Avenue to the insersection of Noriege and 33rd Avenue, pursuant to Public Works Code, Section 789 et seq.; and, be it FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Board of Supervisors requests that the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency ("SFMTA") fabricate and install commemorative street signs reading "Sunset Healthcare Corridor" to be hung in conjunction with the existing "Noriega St" signage along the designated segment in a manner to be determined by SFMTA; and, be it'.
