Title: Ordinance amending the Planning Code to establish a process for making and acting upon requests for reasonable modification of a Planning Code requirement or a Department policy, practice, or procedure to accommodate a disability pursuant to federal and state fair housing laws; and affirming the Planning Department’s California Environmental Quality Act determination and making findings of consistency with the City’s General Plan, and the eight priority policies of Planning Code, Section 101.1.
