Motion that the Board of Supervisors convene in closed session with the City Attorney for the purpose of conferring with, or receiving advice from, the City Attorney regarding anticipated litigation (City anticipated to be a plaintiff or defendant) which may occur with Television Signal Corporation and AT&T Broadband et al. regarding compliance with the City's cable television franchise and AT&T Broadband's proposed merger with Comcast.
