Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health, Community Health Network of San Francisco, Laguna Honda Hospital (CHN, LHH) to enter retroactively into an agreement which includes an indemnification clause, with The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University (STANFORD), the primary contractor, and expend funds in the amount of $2,500 for research services, for the period of September 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002.
