Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated April 19, 2007 that a project at 652 Duncan Street (Building Permit Application No. 2005.12.23.0995, Case No. 2006.0665D) is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The proposed project is a horizontal addition of two bedrooms and bathroom on a first floor and a dining room on a second floor, a vertical addition of a bedroom and bath, renovation of a kitchen and seismic improvements to a single-family dwelling, located in a RH-1 (Residential House, One-Family) District and a 40-X Height and Bulk District (Assessor's Block 6589, Lot 002J).
