Hearing to discuss (1) how many non-profit organizations that receive funds from the City and County of San Francisco have collective bargaining agreements with their employees and what benefits these employees receive; (2) the salaries of the directors/managers of the non-profit organizations; (3) total budgets of these not-for-profit service providers as compared to their administrative costs; and, (4) methods and strategies to ensure that money allocated to non-profit service providers by the City and County of San Francisco is spent efficiently and to ensure accountability.
