Hearing regarding Sutro Tower including the following: (1) The validity of determination by the Planning Department regarding conditional use authorization for additions to Sutro Tower; (2) Whether or not the Zoning Administrator had resigned when the Planning Director assumed the duties of the Zoning Administrator; (3) Conflicts in the timing of the Zoning Administrator's resignation date and subsequent official Zoning Administrator actions by the same individual.
