Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City and County of San Francisco to accept and expend a grant from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a total amount of $8,804,657 which include indirect cost of $10,000 for the HOME Program authorized under TITLE II of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, Public Law Number 101-625, and approving the HOME Program description as described in the 2003 Action Plan for San Francisco's Consolidated Plan.
