Motion asking the Legislative Analyst to prepare a report on all of the possible state, local, and federal funds (grants and loans) in the public, private, and non-profit sector that can be leveraged for the City's non-profits, arts and cultural organizations. Specifically, prepare a chart of all available pools of funds for non-profits, arts and cultural groups that the City can access, including the requirements for securing these funds, the amount of potential funds available, what if any restrictions the funds would have, and if possible, how the City can streamline these funds into one major funding source.
