Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health, Community Health Network of San Francisco (CHNSF), to enter retroactively into an agreement, which includes an indemnification clause, with The State of California, Department of Corrections (CDC), and accept reimbursement in the amount of $225,000 for medical services provided to inmates referred from the Correctional Training Facility (CTF) and the California Medical Facility (CMF); for the period of March 1, 2002, to June 30, 2003.
