Resolution urging San Francisco Housing Authority to comply with Sec 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Fair Housing Act amendment of 1988, and the Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 24 CFR 115[d] and the HUD Budget Authorization Act by adopting and implementing a policy to provide an effective tenant education program on asthma control and prevention and allows tenants with asthma to request smooth surface flooring as a reasonable accommodation or modification.
