Title: Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department granting a Categorical Exemption from environmental review under Class 1, subsection (a) as part of a Building Permit Application No. 2005.07.07.7059S, Case No. 2006.0409D, the proposed project at 1 Belgrave Street. The proposal to construct an approximately 200 square foot first floor and an approximately 180 square foot second floor addition to the rear of an existing single-family dwelling. The first floor addition projects approximately 13 feet beyond the rear of the existing first floor and the second floor extends approximately 6 feet 8 inches beyond the existing second floor. The project is set back 3 foot 1 inch from the west side yard property line and 6 feet or more from the adjacent dwelling. (Appellant: Stephen M. Williams)
