Resolution urging the San Francisco Planning Department's Office of Environment Review and the Federal Aviation Administration to conduct an open, complete environmental review of the proposed Airport expansion that encourages broad public participation and to hold early and open EIS/R scoping hearings; urging a draft EIS/R that analyzes in detail all proposed impacts of the project; and urging the San Francisco International Airport to provide all information and funding necessary to analyze a runway configuration plan that uses the minimum necessary bay fill.
