Resolution commending the Rev. Jesse Jackson, Dr. Rev. Joan Brown Campell and the Mission of United States Religious leaders for securing the release of the three American soldiers who had been held in captivity by Yugoslavian authorities for more than a month and urging President Clinton and NATO to seize upon President Milosevic's decision to release those prisoners as an opportunity to pursue peace and diplomacy in lieu of continued hostilities with Belgrade.
