Ordinance amending San Francisco Park Code Article 3 by adding Section 3.21 to establish maximum hours of operation for Golden Gate Park and McLaren Park from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., unless the Recreation and Park Department authorizes specific activities; to authorize the Recreation and Park Commission to establish hours for other property under its jurisdiction, and making environmental findings.
