Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept and expend $599,769 for the first year of a three year grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to provide behavioral health services for formerly homeless persons living at supportive housing sites in San Francisco and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of September 30, 2002 to September 29, 2003.
