Title: Resolution urging the California State Legislature to adopt and Governor Gray Davis to sign Assembly Bill (AB) 1421, which would establish an Assisted Community Treatment Program (AOT) model in California, provide court-ordered intensive outpatient mental health services for persons suffering from psychotic disorders and severe mental illness as well as establish Assertive Community Treatment programs (ACT) in California and establish the legal option through Settlement Agreements which provides the option to voluntarily participate in an ACT programs.
