Ordinance amending Chapter 1 of Article I of the Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code by amending section 1.104 and adding section 1.127 to prohibit making, soliciting or accepting contributions to members of the Board of Supervisors, candidates for the Board of Supervisors, the Mayor, candidates for Mayor and their controlled committees from any person with a land use matter before a Board or Commission.
