Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health, Tom Waddell Health Center (SFDPH, TWHC) to enter retroactively into an agreement with the Tenderloin AIDS Resource Center (TARC) the primary contractor, and expend funds in the amount of $597,710 to provide onsite medical and other healthcare services for TARC clients living with and/or at high risk for HIV/AIDS; for the period of September 29, 2003 to March 31, 2007.
