Hearing on the status of Treasure Island development proposals, including:
1. The basis for the selection of a developer by the Treasure Island Development Authority;
2. The adequacy of the financial return on the development to the City and County of San Francisco;
3. The risks and advantages to CCSF related to the terms of the proposed agreement;
4. Review of the financial qualifications and available capitalization of the developers to complete this major long-term development; and
5. Consideration of the adequacy of the proposed agreement to protect the interests of the citizens of San Francisco and the Bay Area.
