Title: Resolution supporting H.CON.RES.124 sponsored by Congressman David Wu and Congressman Tom Campbell expressing the sense of the Congress relating to recent allegations of espionage and illegal campaign financing that have brought into question the loyalty and probity of Americans of Asian ancestry and urging that United States Attorney General, the Secretary of Energy, and the Commissioner of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, within their respective jurisdictions to vigorously investigate all allegations of discrimination in public or private workplaces, and respectfully requests the Clerk of the Board to transmit a copy of this resolution to Congressman Pelosi, Congressman Lantos, Senator Boxer, Senator Feinstein, Governor Davis, State Senator Burton, State Senator Speier, Assemblywoman Migden, Assemblyman Shelley, the Association of Bay Area Governments, and the City and County of San Francisco Lobbyists in the District of Columbia and Sacramento.
