Ordinance authorizing the Department of Adult Probation to retroactively accept and expend a grant in the amount of $300,000 from the California Emergency Management Agency for Probation Specialized Supervision Program federally funded through the Violence Against Women Act and amend Ordinance No. 191-10 (Annual Salary Ordinance, FY2010-2011) to reflect the addition of three (3) grant-funded positions (.75 FTE) in Class 8444 Deputy Probation Officer, (.50 FTE) in Class 9920 Public Service Aide/Probation Aide, and (.50 FTE) in Class 9920 Public Service Aide/Probation Aide at the Department of Adult Probation.
