Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept and expend retroactively a grant in the amount of $1,000,000 for the first year of a six year grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to establish a comprehensive system of behavioral health services to children and youth in San Francisco and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of September 30, 2002 to September 29, 2003.
