City and County of San Francisco; the lawsuit involves a Petition for Writ of Mandate challenging Ordinance No. 18-22, which amended San Francisco Administrative Code, Section 37.9, to require landlords pursuing certain types of evictions to first provide their tenants written notice and an opportunity to cure, unless the eviction is based on an imminent health or safety issue or the nonpayment of COVID-19 rental debt.
