Resolution approving and authorizing the City Administrator to enter into a Ninth Amendment to the Management Agreement with Moscone Center Joint Venture dba Legends Global ("Contractor") for the Moscone Convention Center to extend the term of the Agreement for up to an additional 15 years commencing July 1, 2027, and ending June 30, 2042, with an option for either party to terminate the Agreement after 10 years, effective June 30, 2037, upon notice no later than July 1, 2036; require Contractor to make capital contributions to the City totaling $22,500,000 over the extension period; revise contractual provisions regarding Contractor authority, food and beverage and other service fees, insurance, liability, indemnification, termination, and notice; and make related updates to the Agreement, as defined herein.
