Ordinance authorizing the Department of the Environment to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $750,635 from the Federal Department of Energy’s Solar America Initiative to remove barriers to the deployment of solar technologies in San Francisco by addressing the lack of financing options for solar power installations and amending Ordinance No. 183-09 to reflect the addition of one (1) grant funded position at the Department of the Environment.
