Title: Resolution urging the Congress to pass SB 1902 - Japanese Imperial Army Disclosure Act of 1999 - to require the disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act classified records and documents in the possession of the U.S. Government regarding chemical and biological experiments and other wartime activities carried out by Japan during World War II, and directing the Clerk of the City and County of San Francisco to forward a copy of this resolution to California's Congressional Delegation, including Senator Dianne Feinstein, Senator Barbara Boxer, Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi and Congressman Tom Lantos; representatives in the State Legislature, including Assemblymembers Kevin Shelley, Carole Migden, and Mike Honda, and State Senators John Burton and Jackie Speier; Governor Gray Davis; and City's Lobbyists in Washington, D.C.
