Title: Ordinance authorizing settlement of the lawsuit filed by plaintiff the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and intervening plaintiff Alane Bernadette Baca against the City and County of San Francisco and Andrew Blackwell for (1) payment of $100,000.00, including all damages, attorneys' fees and costs, (2) a credit of six (6) weeks of sick leave to intervening plaintiff Baca, and (3) the Police Department issuing a specified Department Bulletin, incorporating that Bulletin into specified EEO trainings, and beginning the process of reviewing and, where applicable, revising Department General Order 11.07; the lawsuit was filed on October 4, 2001, in San Francisco Superior Court, Case No. 325-126; entitled Department of Fair Employment and Housing, et al., v. City and County of San Francisco, et al (Real Party in Interest: Alane Bernadette Baca).
