Hearing on effectiveness of double parking enforcement efforts along Clement Street business corridor from Arguello to 12th Avenue. This hearing should explore what would be the resources required to enforce the prohibition of double parking along this corridor continuously and consistently during regular business hours, as well as what coordination between MUNI, DPT, and SFPD currently exists and how greater coordination might increase the effectiveness of such enforcement.
