Resolution authorizing the Executive Director of the Port of San Francisco to accept and expend $400,000 of State funds from the California Department of Boating and Waterways for Marina Pollution Prevention and Water Quality Improvements at the Hyde Street Fishing Harbor, and forgoing reimbursement of indirect costs; and authorizing the Port of San Francisco to hold the State of California harmless as required in the grant agreement.
