Hearing on the 2001-02 budget of the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, including an explanation of how the department's budget conforms to the requirements of Section 9.114 of the Charter of the City and County of San Francisco which mandates the establishment of a mission-driven budget process. The hearing will: (1) consider what are the underlying policy objectives of the Redevelopment Agency realized within the agency's funding priorities; (2) consider service outcomes desired by the various clients and stakeholders of the department, performance and productivity measures that gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of the department in meeting their stated missions, the processes used by the department to analyze efficiency and effectiveness, and the processes used to arrive at the proposed budget submitted to the Board of Supervisors.
