Title: Ordinance adding new Section 10.100-285 to the Administrative Code establishing a San Francisco Business Tax Litigation Repayment Fund as a category two fund for the purpose of receiving all repayments made to the City and County of San Francisco by businesses that have recovered refunds of business taxes as a result of settlement of litigation and claims against the City and County of San Francisco filed by Eastman Kodak Company, General Motors and other businesses challenging the constitutionality of the City's dual payroll expense/gross receipts tax; authorizing the Controller to accept all such repayments to the fund; and, providing that the repayments received by the fund may be used for any lawful purpose of the City and County of San Francisco.
