Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to proposed ordinance ordering the vacation of a portion of The Embarcadero just north of Mission Street; establishing conditions for the effectiveness of the vacation; adopting findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act; and adopting findings that the vacation is consistent with the City's General Plan and Eight Priority Policies of Planning Code Section 101.1; and ratifying acts and authorizing actions in furtherance of the ordinance.
