Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Public Library to retroactively accept and expend a grant in the amount of $24,904 from the California State Library, Statewide Access News Program, part of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). The grant will provide second year funding for access to daily newspapers for sight-impaired and print-impaired people through a high quality voice synthesis system.
