Ordinance amending the FY2009-2010 Annual Salary Ordinance (Ordinance No. 183-09) to reflect the addition of temporary and permanent salaries of $8,496,952 and authorizing the Human Services Agency to retroactively accept and expend a grant in the amount of $20,014,497 from the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families Emergency Contingency Fund, as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, to support the Mayor’s Jobs NOW Program.
