Hearing on the viability of a unified, citywide database to track expenditures and efficacy of City programs related to homelessness, the status of existing/current customer relationship managements system(s), and an estimate of possible costs; and requesting the Department of Technology, City Administrator, Housing Opportunity, Partnerships and Engagement, the Department of Public Health, the Human Services Agency and their respective IT representatives, and the Controller's Office to report.
