Motion concurring in the October 23, 2026, Proclamation by the Mayor Declaring the Existence of a Local Emergency in connection with severe storms that are anticipated to imminently impact San Francisco as a result of El Niño conditions in the Pacific Ocean, and concurring in the Mayor’s action to authorize certain City departments to enter into emergency agreements to procure goods, services, and public works without complying with certain provisions of the Administrative Code, without Civil Service Commission approval, and without using the City’s standard form agreement, terms and conditions, and required contractual clauses if necessary to secure the goods and services.
