Motion scheduling the Board to sit as a Committee of the Whole on March 4, 2014, at 3:00 p.m., to hold a public hearing on the proposal of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (acting on behalf of the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure) to enter into a Ground Lease Agreement, for a term of 55 years commencing upon Board approval, for the purpose of developing housing for very low-income senior households, located at 1751 Carroll Avenue (Assessor’s Block No. 5431A, Lot No. 042), with Carol Avenue Senior Homes, LP, a California limited partnership, pursuant to the provisions of California Health and Safety Code, Section 33433, Community Redevelopment Law.
