Resolution authorizing the Office of the District Attorney to accept and expend a grant with the estimated annual amount of $1,339,258 for a three-year term from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029; for a total estimated amount of $4,017,774 dependent on approval of the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services funding for recurring grants that support the Victim Witness Assistance Program, should the parties agree to an amendment as allowed under the provisions of the grant agreement.
