Resolution declaring the intention of the Board of Supervisors to vacate two (2) portions of Fourth Street within Mission Bay South from Third Street north to Channel Street; setting the hearing date for November 1, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. for all persons interested in the proposed vacation of the street area; adopting findings that the proposed vacation is consistent with the San Francisco General Plan and eight priority policies of San Francisco Planning Code Section 101.1 and the Mission Bay South Redevelopment Plan; and making environmental findings.
