Ordinance amending the San Francisco Traffic Code 32.23 requiring that curbside parking adjacent to City or Unified School District public buildings be provided with parking meters and that all off-street parking facilities owned by the City charge market rates to City employees for use of parking spaces when the employees work within 1500 feet of any Municipal Railway transit stop.
