• Title: Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health, Community Behavioral Health Services (SFDPH,CBHS) to enter retroactively into a Combined Negotiated Net Amount and Drug Medi-Cal Agreement with the State of California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (DADP) for the term of July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2008 in the amount of $57,686,688 and for the term of July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005 in the amount of $19,228,896 as a condition of receiving state funds and Drug Medi-Cal reimbursement for substance abuse treatment and prevention; holding DADP harmless from any and all claims resulting from the agreement; authorizing and designating the Director of SFDPH,CBHS to sign said Agreement and to approve amendments for less than ten percent (10%) of the contracted amount.
