Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the decision of the Planning Department dated September 20, 2004, Case No. 2004.0338DDD, (Building Permit Application No. 2003.09.29.6087S), exempting from environmental review under Section 101.1, the proposal to construct a 3-story horizontal addition at the rear of the 3-story structure and to add a dwelling unit at the ground floor level as reviewed by the Commission on September 9, 2004. Planning Commission failed to pass a motion, therefore the item was approved as proposed.
The project is located at 755 22nd Street, Lot 14 in Assessor’s Block 1665. (Appellants: Camille Hamilton and David R. Pating).
